What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

I made a mistake in my order! Can I cancel it?

If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, you can cancel it on your own under My Orders in your oiola.com account. If it has already shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do to help!

How can I check on the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your order (check your spam folder if you don’t see it.) This tracking number will allow you to see where your package is and when you should expect delivery. You can also see all of your orders in one place by logging into your oiola.com account.

What is your return policy?

All items can be returned in their original, like-new condition within 30 days. Returns must include all packaging, accessories, and parts, and match the serial number of the item shipped to you.

How do I return an item?

In your oiola.com account, go to My Orders and click Return. From there you will receive a return shipping label you can use to send us the product.

Will I have to pay a restocking fee?

If you return the product the way you received it, meaning in new condition with all original packaging, you will not have to pay a restocking fee. Any returns with obvious signs of use or missing parts are subject to a restocking fee of 15-35%. Items returned damaged or excessively worn can not be accepted and will not be refunded.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is received by the return center, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Can I download past order receipts and invoices?

Absolutely. You can find these in your oiola.com account under My Orders.

How do I know when I’ll receive my purchase?

Once you’ve proceeded to checkout and selected your shipping method, you’ll see the delivery date. After checkout, you’ll also receive an email with a tracking number for the latest delivery updates.

I need this fast! Do you offer expedited shipping?

We certainly do. You can choose expedited shipping during the checkout process.

Can I edit my order or shipping information after I’ve already checked out?

If your order has been placed and has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order and place a new order with the correct items and shipping information. If the package has already been shipped, your order cannot be changed.

Do you refund shipping charges for Target.com returns?

If your return is due to our error, we will gladly refund the shipping charges.
